wod:

for 30 minutes:

perform every 2 minutes
3 deadlifts 250/185
6 burpees
9 kettlebells 53/35
50 ft carry with 45/25
possible addition of 50 ft sprint if needed.

if you don't make it then for the following 2 minutes you have to complete 15 wall balls
