choose a lift to focus on

lift: choose your lift that you would like to work on
- strength - deadlift, back squat, front squat, press
- oly- clean, squat clean, snatch, squat snatch

- we will take the next 3 weeks and 2-3 x week to focus on 1 lift. keep a log so you know what's going on.

take 20 minutes work up to 3-3-3-3-3 lift . strength about 80% of max , oly- about 60% of max

try to be on time and get your warm up in so that you can get right into the lifting part and not be rushed.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell
