wod: 

15 min complex: 

Power clean, hang clean, hang squat clean, thruster

- complete entire complex without dropping bar  

- score will be weight used for entire complex  

- use any combination of weight you want. You could start light and end heavy

score total weight in 15 minutes

strategy: should you do more reps of lighter weight, or heavier weight and less reps. Make a plan. 

-example calculation : 95x10 reps=950 or 135x8 reps=1080
