Wod: 

challenge 1:

25 minutes to complete  

400 m lunges for time

run 1 mile/ row 2000 for time

all must be done in a 25 minute time limit or receive a 50 burpee box jump penalty

or

challenge 2  

25 minutes to complete

either 75 deadlifts  185/135 for time or 75 tireflips for time

1 mile run/ 2000 m row for time

50 burpee box jump penalty for not meeting time requirement
