Why do you crossfit?

wod: 

4 rounds  

5 min per round complete: 

400 m run

then with remaining time complete: 

AMRAP  

5 hang cleans 115/75

5 burpees

5 strict pull-ups 

 

rest 2 minutes between each round

 

 couple things: 

1. Yeah! We have Childcare back at 4 starting this Friday ! So just to be clear- Monday Wednesday Friday at 9 am and 4 pm. Woohoo! 

2. Take 9 minutes and watch this video. I think this captures some of the deeper purposes in why we should train doing crossfit. I like everything this guy has to say. The truth is that we don't always know everyone's back story.
