Quick note: bring your water bottles filled with water and then refill if necessary at gym. Don't bring water bottles empty and fill them at gym. Thanks. 

Also, remember there is no child supervision at 4 pm. Kids may come they just will not be looked after. If you know of anyone that is willing to do Childcare pass their info on to me. Thx.
