strength/skill lift: warm up to heavy weight then - emom 15 min do 1 rep same weight. 

This is not a max. If oly lifting then use this time to challenge yourself at a medium to heavy lift. If you fail then rest and try again on next rep

 

wod: lighter "dt" 

5 rounds for time: 

12 deadlifts 115/75

9 hang cleans 115/75

6 push press 115/75
