These are probably the 2 most hated movements in crossfit. Are you up for the challenge?

if you go all out with no breaks you'll finish before 12 is up. choose a weight that you think you can do unbroken or will be a pretty good effort to do unbroken.

this also is a very mentally challenging. Are you able to push through especially on the set of 15!
