Strength: 1 power snatch
1 overhead squat
1 hang squat snatch

Do 1 progression every 2 minutes for 20 minutes. That will equal 10 progressions. So plan accordingly in weight. Go as heavy as possible which may be light due to mobility and/or form.

400 m run
15 power snatch 95/65

Tuesday - normal
Wednesday - normal
Thursday - 9 am only (childcare will probably not be available)
Friday- 9 and 4 only. ( childcare will probably not be available)
