strength: 2 push press emom for 12 minutes

-know where your max is and start light enough so you can add 10 lbs every minute.  

- if you fail then take 10 off and finish the rounds with that weight.  

 

Wod: 

10 rounds for time: 

10 burpees

1 rope climb

10 jumping squats

 

post wod: 

20 rep back squat.
