100 burpee pullups (yay!)
do a burpee then jump to pullup

 

end of wod challenge
death by 10 meters
women carry a 25lb plate
men carry a 45lb plate

1st minute start with 5 x 10 meters
2nd minute do 6, 3rd do 7 and so on until you cannot make the minute.
