I know you all know this but sometimes i need to remind us all of it. Please be considerate of all coaches that are teaching the class. They are giving their time to help our community out. It is hard enough to coach and be on the lookout for everyones needs and safety, the last thing they need are athletes not giving their attention or off doing their own thing. If you are one of these people please adjust and instead of disrupting the class by talking or setting up your equipment and workout space, help everyone direct their attention to the coach who is instructing. you can help add to the community environment by respecting those in the lead.

ALSO, this is the most awesome place and time for alot of people. Let's keep it that way by having positive attitudes, 100% efforts, 100% encouragement to all those that have not completed the wod. A situation might be if you are the last person working, trying to finish the hardest wod you've ever done, and... everyone else is putting their weights away and talking. notice those that need help. that doesnt mean get right in their face and scream at them but maybe a gentle encouraging word is all they need.

Anyway, sorry for the rant. let's get to work.
