Just because the paleo challenge is over don't just think you can go back to your old patterns. That would be a bad decision. the whole point of the challenge is 1. to challenge yourself 2. to spring board you into a healthy pattern 3. to see the benefits of healthy eating patterns. Challenge yourself to continue in the healthy lifestyle of eating good portions, not drinking so much, not overeating, working out regularly, and making good choices.
