Hey CFL! I've been noticing a lot of posts about sickness going around. Let's beat the sickness this season. Let's prevent the spreading of germs and sickness through the gym. Please, if you are under the weather or carrying some form of the flu, then stay home and rest. We have a few pregnant mom's that we want to keep healthy and we definitely want to try and keep our lovely childrens from obtaining anything. There will be clorox wipes around the gym for your use. Please wipe down any equipment you use or sweat on just to be safe. Thank you for your understanding.
