 *try for 70-80% of max the entire time or go as heavy as possible

kb swing
toes to bar
  

Be smart about your training. If this program is going to be a lifestyle don't worry, you can get back to the box tomorrow. what's the rush? Take your time, perfect the form. Avoid injury by pushing too much too soon. We all know that you can still do fran with a pvc pipe and get wrecked. here is a link that camille shared that i felt had some really good points for us all to hear.
