scale appropriately
MOD 1: 8 rounds
MOD 2: 6 rounds

I don't know if you've noticed but our box is pretty awesome. The culture here is one where there is no ego and pride is required to be left at the door. It is a positive place. I heard one member breathe ," ahh, positive people" as he walked in. There are so many inspiring stories of how some of our members have changed their lives while they have been here. For most we have made training an integral part of our lives. I appreciate it. My family appreciates it. So, if you know of anyone that needs this community, then invite them in. It's as simple as saying, "come workout with me".  I really want to solidify the box and our memberships as we head into the end of the year. Just think you could be a part of changing someones life.
