1. HONOR SYSTEM. You are responsible for counting your points. have integrity during the process. Paleo first week. Primal is allowed the second. 

2. Correction: Benchmark wod is to be done within the first week of the challenge. We will do this so we can experiment our results before and after. 

3. cash is to be placed in the marker package. ask coach if you don't know where it is.
