skill- hang snatch and OHS
 - either work with pvc pipe and form or
 - if you are comfortable with snatch and OHS do
2 hang snatches and 1 ohs EMOM for 10 minutes
 - increase weight as you feel comfortable. This could be an opportunity to really work on Form.
