7 step ups with 45/25 plate on to 24/20 box

how many 50 ft lengths sledpush can you do in 3 mins  45/25lb

 

it's stinkin cold! just because it's cold doesnt mean you should stop hydrating. your body still needs it. don't be fooled. half your body weight in ozs at least!

 

also if you have children coming then make sure you dress them appropriately. 

 

DON"T FORGET NEXT THURSDAY from 5-8 is the CHRISTMAS PARTY!! there will be no class 5,6!! if you get there and no one is there than come to the party!!
