Question:
Should I do double unders?
I know there maybe times you may look at the wod and say " that will take me forever, I'll just do singles" what about ill do 10, then switch or 20,30, or 50. Start thinking in these terms for this upcoming year. Let's hit some goals. Pull-ups , handstand push-ups, toes to bar , etc.
