Friday April 19,2013 WOD:

50 kettlebell swings 53/35

then

3 rounds

21-hand release pushups 15-burpee pullups 9-squat cleans 155/105 finish each round with

100 m sled push or tire pull

 

Unfortunately There will be no saturday class this week due to scheduling conflict.
