So it's 3 weeks into the open. How are you all feeling? Is the stress of the wods getting to you yet? Maybe you can't wait till it's over all ready. Take in this experience. It's one time a year where you get to participate in something that may be a little bit more challenging then your normal wods. Or maybe you just need to look at it like a normal wod. Maybe you should train this way all the time? Do you get nervous for every wod?

What I love about Crossfit Wods is the daily challenge. Not just the physical challenge but the mental as well. Be aware of how you may be feeling? Can you endure the next 2 weeks? Can you finish what you started 3 weeks ago? Take a breath, relax and have fun!
