As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400 meters Max rep pull-ups -As soon as you drop off the bar start your run. The goal is to get as many pull-ups each round. If you do not get to far on the pull-ups you will be running ALOT!

Note number of pull-ups completed for each round.
