Happy new year's Eve everyone! normal schedule today! a couple things:

1. Tomorrow there will only be on class at 9 am. we will be doing "Murph".

2. We will be starting our next Paleo/Primal/No sugar/No sugar No bread challenge to kickstart the year!

Goals:

It's good to have goals. Make them realistic. Give a time by which you will achieve them. But definitely have them. Physically, Spiritually, Family, Occupation, recreational, Crossfit, Dietary, relational, etc.  Start the year off right!

have you thought about these yet? What do you dream about doing? What is preventing you from doing them? Are you setting yourself up for success?

Think about these things and begin dialogue to form accountability. I would love to hear all about it. here is a little testimonial from OMAR LUGO of LUGO PARTS AND RESTORATION in Loomis:

Dave and Crossfit Loomis,

It has been about 6-7 months that I have been attending Loomis Crossfit after being out of the work out world for about 15-20 years.Being self employed and a busy family life kept me out from working out. I was getting bigger in the waist and found myself at 173lbs. When I finally told myself and family I was going to do something about it! I still remember the day I pulled into the parking lot and asked the box (loomis crossfit)what it was and what it offered prices etc. I first started out twice a week for the first two months with a change in my diet. I eliminated soft drinks and some fried foods. After the first two months I felt that I was able to workout longer and have been a consistent three times a week member. I am pleased to announce that I have thinned out to 150 lbs. I watch what I eat but do enjoy a very normal diet. I hope to be able to continue my workouts with my goals being able to meet the RX work load for the daily workouts as a normal! The members have also been a big factor in making my dedication possible. Thank you  Dave and all Loomis Crossfit members for the help and encouragement you have given to help me out! Look forward to another year!
