Friday Nov 9th,2012 WOD:

4 rounds

400 m carry 45/25 25 pushups

weight can be carried in any fashion. shoulder, head, carry, bar, weight, kb, etc.

bring a towel if you are going to be running or walking in the rain. don't worry, the rain won't melt you! it may give you pneumonia though. just run or walk really fast.

How many lifts were not achieved because of fear this week? How does this practice play out in your life? Are you a fearful person? When was the last time you thought about all the opportunites that life presents but you have stood by the way and passed it by? Have you reached your full potential? What steps will you take to conquer fear. Maybe it starts in the box. Maybe it starts with getting in a handstand position on a wall. Maybe it starts by trying to climb the rope, jump on the box, lift a bit heavier, get under that weight, or even making sure you say "hi" to everyone you don't know!! When will you break the barriers?
