3 squat clean EMOM for 15 minutes

increase weight as necessary

 

Tough Mudder was so fun this year! There is a team already forming for next year,2013. We are registered as Crossfit Loomis and have spots available. If you wanted to go this year but didnt get in on time don't miss out on this opportunity. Remember, this is a great community building event. Don't do it if you are going to be frustrated while waiting. It isnt a race. It is a great time to do something fun with some peeps from the gym. Let me know if you want in.
