Monday July 16,2012 Skill: 3 rounds of Max reps of double unders in 2 minutes

WOD:

minute 1- 1 Thruster 115/85 (think heavier) minute 2- 2 Thrusters minute 3- 3 Thrusters ... until you cannot make the minute

the minute in which you fail immediately complete as many Deadlifts in 1 minute.

I love what I do. I get to watch people succeed, grow, be empowered, change their life. It is very gratifying seeing the people push themselves beyond what they had ever thought. There are alot of directions we can send the box. Should we focus on being crossFit competitors. Should we push to be the best box in town( we're the only one in Loomis)?

I say this. Let's focus on today. Be the best you can be today. give all you can today. Make it the best day possible. Push yourself the most you've ever pushed so you can leave your workout knowing that you gave your all with no regrets. Take the opportunity. Don't let excuses cloud your mind. Wod tomorrow as if your life depends on it because it does.
