when was the last time you walked in to the box saying I'm going to destroy this workout? You should try it. Hit it with everything you got. Leave all negativity outside. Think possible. What you have when you come to a WOD is an opportunity. Those that are in the habit of seizing opportunities will flourish. They see a tough Wod and look at it as a challenge to be conquered. There is no option of stopping. only completing to the best of their ability. There is no thought of a pre wod excuse. They get in, look at the board, decide to accomplish. Are you this person? I challenge you to be this person.
We need to start training our brains a little differently. The normal way of processing struggle and challenge is no longer acceptable unless it is what is above. Mental toughness is the missing piece. Let's get tough.
