Craig Valentine of Loomis Kettlebell is Crossfit Level 1 certified and is an amazing athlete. He will be leading the charge tuesday, Wednesday, and thursday afternoon. Make sure you pick his brain on how to move more efficiently and with more power. Whenever you have the chance to interact with  a different coach you should take the opportunity to see what tips you can grab. Each coach may have a different perspective that possibly could help you. Take it in and enjoy.
