"LOSE YOUR MIND!!!"

Sometimes it is our mind that stops us from hitting the next level. It is also the thing that catapults us forward into PR's that we never thought were possible. How are you with the training of your mind? During your next wod, try practicing not listening to your brain when you reach that threshold where it is telling you to stop and see if you can do just a little more. Find out if you can control your brain instead of your mind controlling you. I know what your thinking, don't make it complicated. You know what i'm talking about. It's that moment when you come to the place of decision, "should I do another rep or should I rest?" Try pushing through that moment. Experiment with it! On another note, How is your POSITIVITY doing? Do you seem to negate other people's encouraging comments toward you? WHY?!  Accept it for what it is. They aren't lying to you! Just say "thank you" and start believing that you actually are doing a great job! The mind is powerful. If you are always in a state of negativity than your life will always be negative. You will never reach your goals. And you will never be satisfied. Try this practice: START BEING POSITIVE! What are the positive things in your life? List them, think about them, see the positives in others, see the positive in yourself! Do this and watch your POWER CLEAN increase!
