Keep in mind that we are all in this together. We are all trying to progress. We are trying to get better, faster, stronger. We need each other. Don't be afraid to raiser your voice and yell at your fellow crossfitter. They need to know that you have their back. The gym atmosphere is a selfish one. Lot's of mirrors. Lot's of people working out by themselves. It should not be this way. We are in a battle for our lives here. Hopefully you understand this mindset. When you come to the box remember that their are people looking to you ,also, for leadership and encouragement. You no longer are the newbie.
