21-15-9 reps for time of: 24" Box jump 75 pound Power snatch Chest to bar Pull-up
Here is the WOD demo. NOTE: this guy has a big engine but his form starts to crumble on the snatch. Hips do not lower and back starts to round. The weight is light enough for him to get away with it but it is not an ideal position. Make sure your form and technique remain.
Can you relate to this video or do you know of someone that could? I can't tell you how many times I have heard exactly what this guy is saying about his experience.
