Your mobility, now and in the future. These are of prime importance. then comes the competition. We would rather be a box that is producing fit people than just elite athletes that can compete in "the games". Don't get us wrong. We do want to be strong competitors and the ability to shine in CrossFit sponsored events but it is not the thing that drives us. It is a byproduct of our discipline.
